OJSC Magma Oil Company is one of the leading crude and refined oil producers and marketers in the south-eastern region of Russia, it's inception into the exploration and production of oil and gas began in the southern and orekhovo-Ermakov oil and gas field and it's license for operation was first obtained by 11 of February 1996 up to January 31, 2000 ( HMN number 10 374 HP). In 2000, the license was re-registered up to January 30, 2021 (HMN number 10 950 HP).

OJSC Magma Oil Company's primary production activities include the production of crude oil and natural gas, Production of petroleum products, production and wholesales of motor fuel and aviation fuel.

The addition of two oil wells to it's existing 8 oil wells only in the Far Eastern Siberia in 2009 increased the refinery's production of crude oil capacity from 560,000 barrels per day to 725,000 barrels per day.(104,000m3/d).Our future focus on the level of oil production in Russia isdetermined mainly by the following factors - the demand for fuel oil and the level of world prices , development of transport infrastructure, tax conditions and scientific and technological advances in exploration and development, and quality of raw materials explored.

In 2010, with the stable output of the refinery, The 15-year period of the activity of OJSC "Magma Oil Company "showed that we are close to the giant oil company's oil contributions to the development of the petroleum industry for the benefit of their country.

Fifteen-years anniversary of the company meets the high production rates and production of three million tons of oil.

OJSC Magma Oil signed a memorandum of understanding with SIBIR ENERGY in the area of production which makes OJSC Magma Oil fallin the structure production sources of Gazpromneft, in 2010, the refinery annex constructed for the production of other oil derivatives was completed and installed with modern high-capacity production facilities for the production of base oil and other light oil derivatives.

With the successful exploration of Hydrocarbon carried out in 2010 within the Orekhovo-Ermakov license areas and Siberia, Volga, North Caucasus through to the North-Caspian province,the Company considers the development and production as its core business and intends to achieve as much progress on the main lines of business. To achieve its goals the society is working on the introduction of advanced technologies in the field of oil production and oil recovery, development and implementation of a comprehensive program on the ecology, as well as training of personnel with the latest production methods and work organization. The production program includes the development of capital investments amounting to 889.2 million rubles.
